Don't know which type of welding you need done? Give us a call at 904-295-2070 and we can discuss the details of your welding project.

What is Arc Welding?

Arc welding is a general process of joining two metals using electricity to generate enough heat to melt metal at the welding point. It uses an electrical arc formed between an electrode and the metal being welded. This method can be used with a variety of metals and alloys, and it's one of the most common and versatile professional-level methods of welding.

Arc welding can be used to repair or build many types of metal objects, allowing us to handle most welding projects you could need! If you are unsure if we can help you with a project, feel free to give us a call 904-295-2070.

What is MIG Welding?

Metal Inert Gas welding is a sub-type of welding that uses a metal wire charged with electricity and an inert "shielding" gas to protect the weld from atmospheric contaminants.

While this may be a simple style of welding, it takes a skilled professional's hands to get the job done so it will hold strong for a long time. If you have steel, broken metal on a car, or other complex metal products that need repaired, we can fix many parts with MIG welding.

Other Welding we can Provide

Gas Welding

Also known as oxy-fuel welding, gas welding involves the use of fuel gases and oxygen to weld and cut metals. A torch is used to heat the metal to its melting point, allowing them to fuse when cooled. This type of welding is traditionally used for repair work, especially in automotive and plumbing applications. It's also used for joining thin pieces of metal and for creating sculptures.

Resistance Welding

This is a welding process where heat is generated by passing a current through the resistance caused by the contact between two or more metal surfaces. Common types include spot welding, seam welding, and projection welding. It's widely used in manufacturing processes, particularly in the automotive industry for welding sheet metal, as it's efficient and automated. Resistance welding doesn't require filler materials or fluxes and is known for producing high-quality, strong welds.

General and HD Container Repair

We provide several Florida-based businesses with reliable and quick container repair, especially in the waste disposal industry. We understand that these containers endure repeated damage through regular use. Our approach goes beyond standard repairs; we take the time to inspect and diagnose each issue, implement effective repairs, and take preventative measures to improve durability.

Our team is well-equipped to handle a variety of container types, including those used in specialized industries. By recognizing the stress these containers face daily, we focus on not just fixing them, but reinforcing them to withstand future wear and tear, ensuring they last longer even under tough conditions. You can view plenty of our work on dumpsters alone.

Contact us if your business handles dumpsters and need them repaired or refurbished in St Augustine or Jacksonville.

Custom Metal Fabrication

Do you need a specialized container for a project your business is doing? Have you encountered a problem that could be solved with unique metal parts not available to buy? We can make custom metal fabrications that meet your needs, and also handle finishing and assembly! We work with steel, sheet metal, welding wire, and aluminum in most cases. Our custom metal fabrication services extend to creating one-of-a-kind pieces for both commercial and personal use. We work closely with clients to ensure that every part of their vision is brought to life, down to the smallest detail.

A couple of our past projects include fabricating a metal bridge to allow heavy vehicles to cross a short gap, as well as replacing a sheet metal roof attached to a building that suffered severe fire damage.

If you have a custom metal project, you need experienced and flexible fabricators to complete. Give us a call: 904-295-2070
